The Quick Reply function can save you time whether you're sending out canned outreach to prospects or a regular mass update to your residents. 

  1. Open a prospect or resident card
  2. From the message section, click on the Quick Replies option

3. Click Add New to add a new quick reply

4. From the pop-up, you can create your new quick reply


To edit or delete quick replies, just click the Quick Replies option from any resident/prospect guestcard and click Manage.
