The Quick Reply function can save you time whether you're sending out canned outreach to prospects or a regular mass update to your residents.
- Open a prospect or resident card
- From the message section, click on the Quick Replies option
3. Click Add New to add a new quick reply
4. From the pop-up, you can create your new quick reply. Remember to always add them under the House account as the owner so everyone will have access to them!
To edit or delete quick replies, just click the Quick Replies option from any resident/prospect guestcard and click Manage.
